About the role
The Future Fifty Network is one of the most prestigious scaleups communities. The programme and wider network offers founders peer-to-peer support, insights sessions and networking opportunities through investors, corporates and the UK Government, all curated under the values of honesty, intimacy and trust.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our Future Fifty network of late-stage scaleups and programme. Aimed at high growth tech companies at series B+, the Future Fifty programme is designed to support founders and their leadership teams to address challenges unique to the most successful tech companies in the country, the programme has built an incredible network of over 200 alumni including Revolut, Deliveroo, Farfetch, Skyscanner, Depop, and Shazam to name a few.
The Future Fifty Executive role will report to the Late-stage Expert who leads the Future Fifty network and programme at Tech Nation. The Network Executive will have responsibility for supporting the Late-stage Expert in ensuring the delivery of the activities through effective communication, excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude to deliver across disciplines such as events, community management, content marketing, digital development and project management.
We're currently able to offer up to £27,000 (pro-rated) for this role. This role is a Fixed-Term-Contract until 28th February, 2023

Experience working in a tech startup/scaleup setting is a must.
A keen organiser and multitasker, being able to manage and prioritise a number of important deliverables at the same time.
You should be a ‘people person’ with great interpersonal skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
A strong communicator; this role requires you to be a central point of contact for stakeholders both in and outside Tech Nation. Demonstrable experience of managing a range of stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present ideas persuasively to various audiences
Able to action administrative tasks quickly and with attention to detail
Passionate about improving processes and structures for delivery; having a really good operational mindset.
Keen to support optimisation and agile ways of working (experience in agile and project management is not a key requirement but favourable)
Experience in managing and growing commercial partner accounts is favourable
Personable and a true team player, this role requires you to work with a fast paced and cross-functional team.
