About the role
The Head of Marketing will lead our marketing activities, from developing marketing strategies and brand development to digital campaigns and creative projects. If you’re a skilled marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we’d like to meet you.
This role reports directly to the Product Director and will be responsible for leading the company's marketing function.
A Day in the Life of the Head of Marketing might look something like this:
Management of the marketing function, including 5 high performing marketing professionals covering everything from paid media to video content creation.
Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organisation and for new and existing programmes and services.
Set, monitor and report on team goals.
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (including but not limited to, events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting plans if necessary.
Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
Working with the wider business to define the business roadmap and ensure resources and budget are effectively aligned.
Work across our our growth streams and provide creative support to ensure we drive engagement from our target audiences
As well as sharing our ambitions and values you will have:
Experience as a Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within the tech industry.
Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals.
Strong project management and people management.
Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
